Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

🚫 No Returns Policy (For Safety & Hygiene Reasons)

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, even if unused, due to the sensitive nature of our toys (intended for teething, mouthing, and infant use). This ensures that every customer receives a product that is uncompromised and safe.

✅ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Support)

We may consider a resolution in rare cases such as:

  • A verifiable factory defect (i.e., a flaw that renders the product unusable, unsafe, or significantly different from its intended function)
  • Receiving an incorrect item

Superficial marks or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or safety are not considered defects.

To Raise a Request
  • Email support@mamamor.in within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order ID and clear unboxing video/photos
  • Use the same email ID used during the order

We aim to respond to such requests within 14 business days, and any replacement or refund (if applicable) will be at our sole discretion.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, all sales are considered final.
