Welcome to Mamamor. By using our website [www.mamamor.in] (the “Site”) and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). These apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Who We Are

Mamamor is India’s first developmental, toxin-free silicone toy brand, created by a mother, built with intention, and made for safe, sustainable childhoods. Our website is owned and operated by Joyscape Retail Pvt. Ltd.

2. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using the Site for lawful purposes only
• You will not misuse our content, platform, or intellectual property

3. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our toys are designed with utmost love, care, and safety — but as with all baby products, responsible usage is essential.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Supervised Use Only

Mamamor products are intended for use under adult supervision at all times. Even with the safest materials, babies and toddlers must be observed while playing, teething, or handling any toy.

• Age Appropriateness

Each toy is designed for a specific age range. Using toys outside their recommended age bracket may pose risks and is at the parent/guardian’s discretion.

• No Medical Claims

Mamamor toys are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any health condition.

• Inspect Before Use

We advise inspecting all toys before each use for signs of wear, tear, or damage. In the rare event of a defect, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

• Hygiene & Care

Our toys are designed to be sterilized and cleaned, but it is the user’s responsibility to follow proper cleaning practices as per instructions provided.

• Liability Waiver

Joyscape Retail Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any harm, injury, or incident arising from:

1. Improper use
2. Lack of supervision
3. Use of damaged toys
4. Allergic reactions not disclosed or known

Use of Mamamor products constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.

4. Pricing, Payment & Orders

All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing, update inventory, or correct errors at any time.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• All details provided are accurate
• Mamamor reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, error, or misuse

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier availability. Mamamor is not responsible for delays once an order has left our facility.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

🚫 No Returns Policy (For Safety & Hygiene Reasons)

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, even if unused, due to the sensitive nature of our toys (intended for teething, mouthing, and infant use). This ensures that every customer receives a product that is uncompromised and safe.

✅ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Support)

We may consider a resolution in rare cases such as:

• A verifiable factory defect (i.e., a flaw that renders the product unusable, unsafe, or significantly different from its intended function)
• Receiving an incorrect item

Superficial marks or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or safety are not considered defects.

To raise a request:

• Email support@mamamor.in within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order ID and clear unboxing video/photos
• Use the same email ID used during the order

We aim to respond to such requests within 14 business days, and any replacement or refund (if applicable) will be at our sole discretion.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, all sales are considered final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, designs, illustrations, product names, packaging, text, and photographs, is the sole property of Joyscape Retail Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable IP laws.

Any use, duplication, or reproduction without express written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Services & Liability

Mamamor partners with third-party platforms and providers (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways, logistics firms, marketing tools, freelance agencies, etc.) to deliver our products and services.

While we work only with reputed and compliant partners, we cannot be held liable for any misuse, breach, negligence, or disruption caused by these external parties beyond our direct control.

However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving such matters to the best of our ability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mamamor will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses caused by delayed shipping or order processing
• Issues resulting from improper product use
• Failures caused by third-party service providers

Your use of the Site and purchase of products is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

That said, we are committed to resolving any concerns amicably and respectfully, and encourage open communication before any legal escalation.
